We are a family run gymnastics training facility located on the border of Lagrangeville & Poughkeepsie in Hudson Valley NY!
We are dedicated, passionate and committed gymnastics coaches. When you enter our doors you can feel the inspiration from Angie herself! With over 45 years of gymnastics experience - Angie’s hopes & dreams shine right here in her very own gym!

Payment is due BEFORE entering your class. *Registration form must be completed & signed before going onto the floor.
Bring your water bottle!
Safety is our top priority in our lobby waiting area at all times. No jumping or running. No climbing on cubbies **Children must be accompanied by an adult**
All hair must be tied back before entering class.
*Bring your own hair tie! We do not provide them.*
Please wear a leotard or activewear.
- No zippers
- No socks
- No loose clothing
- No hoodies

Any and ALL makeups MUST be pre-scheduled with Angie.
We cannot and do not accept walk-in makeups for efficient scheduling purposes.

No Parking in-front of our building or entrance door for safety reasons. Please proceed with extreme caution in the parking lot as children are always walking and often are shorter than back-up cameras.
For safety reasons - our gym door remains closed at all times. Do not open the door for any reason. If we need you, we will come to the lobby and get you.
We have wonderful large viewing windows available to our guests in the lobby.
Viewing from the office party room, side doors or garages is NOT PERMITTED AT ANY TIME for safety reasons.
You receive one make-up class in your full 10 week session. Make-ups cannot be rolled over to other sessions. There are no make-ups with any pro-rated prices.

NO ONE permitted in our back room for any reason whatsoever at any time.
No colored drinks inside the gym. Water only.
Lockers in girls room are not permitted for use.
No early drop off or late pick up for classes. Please be on time.
Please do not touch or play with our lobby decorations or trophies.
Children in lobby must be monitored by an adult at all times.
*There is a $25 late fee for any late payments.
*24 Hours minimum required for new student registrations and full tuition is due. *based on availability
*We do not allow day-of registrations.
*Customer pays any returned check fees.
No loud music or speaker phone conversations in our facility.

MAKE UP POLICY:
- You receive one make-up class in your full 10 week session.
- We do not offer make ups for pro-rated classes.
- Make-up no show: at this time, we are unable to reschedule a make-up if you do not attend. Please be sure to attend your scheduled make-up class.
- No make-up classes will be carried over into new sessions for any reason, including snow day make-ups. If you are not returning, be sure to schedule your makeup before your session ends, otherwise you forfeit the make-up.
